  • Contact form / discovery call requests: name, email, message, service of interest.
  • Newsletter signup: email address.
  • Analytics (only if you accept cookies): anonymised page views, device, country, referrer.
  • Server logs: IP address (for security), user-agent, timestamp.

3. Lawful basis (UK GDPR)

We process enquiry data under legitimate interest (responding to your request) and consent (newsletter, analytics cookies). You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry and quote work.
  • To send the newsletter you signed up for.

  • To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

5. Cookies

9. International transfers

Pagewright operates between the UK and Japan. Data may be processed in either location under appropriate safeguards (UK GDPR adequacy decision for Japan, or Standard Contractual Clauses).
