Prices, units and what's included
Three ways to work with us: a website on its own, a website kept working and found locally, or web, automation and custom tools handled together. Prices below are fixed starting points for a typical small business — you get the exact figure in writing before any work starts.
The Website
You need a professional site and will look after the rest yourself.
- Mobile-first design, fast on every device
- Pages structured around what your customers need
- Set up correctly for Google from day one
- Fixed written quote before work starts
Website + Get Found
You want the site built and then kept updated, secure and visible in local search.
- Everything in The Website
- Google Business Profile set up and maintained
- Local SEO work on the site and profile
- Updates, security, backups and a monthly check-in
The Full Works
You want web, workflow automation and custom tools handled by one team.
- Everything in Website + Get Found
- Workflow automation set up and maintained
- Custom tools built around how you work
- Priority support and a quarterly review
Any initial build or setup charge, and the amount of work included each month, are agreed in writing before we start.
What you pay for, and when
The same four cost types apply to every option.
- Initial build or setup
- Website build from £1,500, charged once. For The Full Works, any setup charge is agreed in writing first.
- Recurring work
- Care and local SEO from £150 per month. The Full Works from £450 per month. Billed monthly in advance.
- Additions quoted separately
- New pages, extra automation or a tool outside the agreed scope are quoted as a fixed price before the work begins.
- Third-party costs
- Domain name, hosting and any paid platform or app subscriptions are separate from our fees.
- Payment terms
- Builds: 50% to start, 50% on completion. Monthly work billed in advance. UK invoices in GBP, Japan invoices in JPY.
- Cancellation
- Monthly plans end with 30 days' notice. No lock-in period.
