Websites

A website that wins trust and brings in enquiries.

You know the quality of your work. Your website should make it easy for someone else to see it, understand the offer and get in touch. We build that clarity into the design, then agree how the site will be looked after.

A written scope and price before you commit.

Let's start with what matters

It can feel risky to start again.

Perhaps the last website took too much of your time. Perhaps it looks fine, but customers still call to ask the basics. The useful starting point is what a visitor needs to understand before trusting you with an enquiry. We review what works already and identify the pages, proof and contact routes that need attention.

What the work is designed to change

  1. Make the offer easier to choose

Clear service pages explain who the work is for, what is included and how to take the next step. Customers can find the essentials before picking up the phone.

  2. Let the work earn trust

Real project images and useful explanations give people something concrete to judge. We use the evidence you have and make it easy to explore on a phone.

  3. Know what happens after launch

The platform, access, everyday edits and care arrangements are agreed in advance. You know what you can manage and what ongoing support covers.

A brief can start here

Does this sound familiar?

Illustrative briefs to help you picture the work. Your deliverables and scope are agreed around your business.

01

Your work has moved on. Your website hasn't.

Your best services are hard to find, the photographs are old and people keep asking questions the site could answer.

What we would work on

We organise the pages around what a customer needs to decide, carry your identity through the design and make the enquiry route easy to use on a phone.

  • A clear page and content plan
  • Desktop and mobile layouts to review
  • An agreed launch and care handover
02

Keep a good website useful.

The site is already working, but new projects, seasonal information and routine maintenance keep slipping down your list.

What we would work on

We assess the existing setup, agree what care covers and give updates a regular home. Larger improvements become clearly priced work rather than an open-ended promise.

  • An initial site and access review
  • A defined small-update allowance
  • A clear route for bigger changes

OYIS External Programs — international school, Osaka

Each programme has its own page, so a parent can be sent straight to the right one instead of a PDF. Pagewright designed and built the site on WordPress and still manages updates term after term.

  1. 01

    Agree the pages and priorities

We talk through what your customers need to find, then write down the pages and the order we will build them in.

  2. 02

    Review a working preview

You see the real site in your browser and give feedback on wording, images and layout before anything goes public.

  3. 03

    Launch with a clear handover

We put the site live, hand over the domain, hosting and files, and show you how to make everyday edits yourself.

After launch

Launch configuration and ongoing care.

Getting the site live and keeping it well are two different pieces of work. Here is where the line sits.

Included at launch

  • Hosting and domain connected and configured
  • Recovery and security arrangements appropriate to the agreed platform
  • Handover of the domain, hosting account and files

Ongoing care plan

  • Software updates, security patches and backup checks
  • A check every morning, 30 minutes of changes a month and a short report on the 1st
  • Larger changes quoted separately before any work starts

Requests come to us by email or WhatsApp and we reply with what is covered and what would be quoted. Standard supported hosting is included in care; domains, email and premium platform subscriptions are separate. Access and ownership are agreed before work starts.

If you're still weighing it up

The hesitation is worth talking about.

What if we only need to improve the current site?

That is worth checking first. Send the address and tell us what is getting in the way. A focused change may be enough; if a rebuild is appropriate, the quote will explain the work and what can be retained.

We don't have time to write a website brief.

Start with the current site, the services you want to sell and the questions customers keep asking. We can use that conversation to define the pages and the material needed from you before agreeing the project.

Need the website and marketing to work together?

Growth brings website care, Google and Meta ads, a monthly page improvement and regular social content together. Materials and automation can be added.
